Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all consulting and brokerage services provided by APARTMENTHELDEN.
Brokerage Agreement
By submitting your booking request, you enter into a free brokerage agreement.
The accommodation contract is established between you and the accommodation provider.
You will receive the booking confirmation from us after the provider's approval.
APARTMENTHELDEN's Obligations
We act as intermediaries and are not responsible for room service or breakfast. We are happy to help with specific questions.
Booking Process
We require personal data for booking, which is treated confidentially. Please verify your reservation details and inform us immediately of any errors.
Payments, Changes, and Cancellations
Payments and cancellations are processed according to the provider's guidelines. For changes or cancellations, please inform both us and the provider. Detailed cancellation policies can be found on our website and the respective apartment house's website. Our invoices are due immediately upon receipt, with a payment term of 10 days. We reserve the right to charge interest and late fees for overdue payments.
Data Protection
Your data is secure with us. We comply with data protection laws and will not use your data for advertising without consent. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We assume no liability for accommodation services. The use of our brokerage and consulting services excludes liability claims. Decisions based on our information or advice are your responsibility. Our information does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our consulting services at any time. By using our services, you accept this disclaimer. The review of legal relationships is not part of the assignment. Investment decisions in serviced apartments carry risks and are subject to unpredictable influences.
Final Provisions
German law applies. For merchants and legal entities, the place of jurisdiction is APARTMENTHELDEN's registered office in Berlin. Note regarding Section 36 VSBG: We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obligated to do so. These Terms and Conditions remain valid even if individual points become invalid.
